Canadian retail icon, Northern Reflections, has been a shopping destination for women for many years. With an ever changing, older and fashion conscious female consumer, it was time to rethink the category. A rebrand and relaunch was needed.
Develop a single-minded concept that would resonate with their existing and potential consumer—"We Get Women". This anthem of strong attitude and fashion defiance was delivered in television, print, direct mail, in-store and website. Graphic and visual identity of stores was transformed to offer a total retail experience. Sales have now increased and re-introduction into the U.S. market has been implemented.
